sajiring®︎ offers one free size adjustment after purchase. Don't worry about what to do if a one-of-a-kind item doesn't fit.

*Due to the product's structure, adjustments may not always be possible. Please feel free to contact us first.

01Contact us via the inquiry form

Please send us the name of the purchased item and your desired ring size.

02Mail the item (※customer pays shipping)

If adjustment is possible, we will provide you with the shipping address.

03Hand-adjust and return the item

We will carefully adjust each item one by one and send it back to you.

Nationwide flat rate shipping fee of 550 yen. Delivered as early as the day after your order.

Free shipping on orders over 15,000 yen

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days.

Single rings are typically delivered via Click Post, which is mailed to your home mailbox. Since it's a mailbox delivery, you can receive it even if you're not home. Date and time cannot be specified.

If you purchase two or more rings, or if you purchase gift wrapping, your order will be delivered by express delivery. Please specify your preferred time slot in the remarks section when placing your order.

Orders placed by 10 AM will be shipped as early as the same day or the next business day.

*We are closed on weekends and holidays, New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon.

Delivery will be the day after or two days after the shipping completion email is sent.

*Honshu (excluding the Chugoku region) will be delivered the day after shipping, and Kyushu, Shikoku, Chugoku, and Hokkaido will be delivered two days after shipping. (Excluding some remote islands)
*Delays may occur due to disasters, traffic conditions, etc.

Regarding Sizing

If you are unsure about your ring size, please feel free to contact us via Instagram DM or email before purchasing. Some items allow for size adjustment, while others do not.

Regarding Returns and Exchanges

If there is a defect or damage to the product you received,
please contact us within 7 days of arrival. After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange or refund. As each item is handcrafted, there may be minor scratches, variations in texture, and individual differences. Please enjoy these as part of the material's character.

Regarding One-of-a-Kind and Antique Materials

sajiring®︎ uses discarded cutlery and materials. We sell these as one-of-a-kind items, including minor scratches, patterns from aging, and individual differences inherent to the material. Please understand that each item has a unique appearance.

Regarding Custom Orders

Cancellations and returns for made-to-order and custom-order items are not accepted once production has begun.
